Is the exact model guaranteed?
We check availability of the car you chose, or of a similar one from the same class. A model is guaranteed only when the confirmation names it.
What deposit is held on the card?
500 € on the card at collection, or 300 € if you take the insurance (from 16 € a day, depending on the car). It is released after the handover check when you return the car.
When do I pay?
When you collect the car: by card, bank transfer or cash. The request is free; there is no online payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that, 30% of the rental is due.
Is there a mileage limit?
No. Kilometres are unlimited in every class.

What the day rate includes
The day rate is for the car with unlimited mileage and the vignette included. Every car comes as standard with Third Party Liability, CDW and TPW. Collection at Sofia Airport carries no fee, and delivery to an address in Sofia costs 15 €.
On a rental of more than 7 days the day rate drops by 5%, and on more than 14 days by 8%. The discount is on the days, not on the delivery. The request is free; you pay when you collect the car, by card, bank transfer or cash.

500 € on the card at collection, or 300 € if you take the insurance (from 16 € a day, depending on the car).
The deposit is taken from a credit or debit card, as a purchase or a hold; cash is accepted too. It is released after the handover check at return, and how long that takes depends on your bank, usually 14 to 30 days.

At Sofia Airport we meet you at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 with a name board, at no fee. Add the flight number to the request and we wait for you if the flight is late. After 00:00 a waiting fee of 25 € applies.
In the city you collect the car from the office at 36 Hristofor Kolumb Blvd, or we bring it to an address or hotel anywhere in Sofia for 15 €, with at least 2 to 3 hours' notice. We work every day from 08:00 to 00:00, and the handover takes 15 to 20 minutes.
You return the car with the same amount of fuel you collected it with, at the airport or the office. Outside working hours the return is free of charge if you tell us in advance.
Car rental at Sofia AirportAround Bulgaria and beyond
You can drive anywhere in Bulgaria, on paved roads with markings. Winter tyres are provided when needed.
Travel outside Bulgaria is allowed with written permission, for a fee of 85 € per country. A one-way rental is available by prior arrangement, against a drop charge.
What you need
At least 18 years old with six months of driving experience and a category B licence. Bring an identity card or passport and your driving licence; a licence issued in the EU needs no international permit.
An additional driver may drive the car if recorded in the rental agreement; the price is confirmed with the offer. Smoking in the car is forbidden, and pets are not allowed.
