When it comes back

until your bank shows the amount again. We release it the day we sign the condition report.
- We hold or take the amount on a credit or debit card.
- We also accept a cash deposit.
- The card can be the driver's, but it does not have to be.
- American Express is not accepted.

The excess is the most you may owe for covered damage. It depends on the car and comes with the offer.

Questions about the deposit
Is the deposit part of the price?
No. It comes back when the car comes back in order.
Can I do without a credit card?
Yes. With a debit card or a cash deposit.
When will I see the money again?
We release it at the return. Your bank usually shows it again after 14 to 30 days.
Are the deposit and the excess the same thing?
No. The deposit is held during the rental. The excess is the most you may owe for covered damage.
