Will I get exactly this car?
You request a model. If it is not free, you get a similar car or a higher class, at no extra cost.
Are the cars automatic?
16 of the 19 cars are automatic. The Škoda Fabia, Ford Fiesta and Hyundai i30 are manual.

When do I pay?
At collection: by card, bank transfer or cash. Nothing is paid online.
Which cards do you accept?
All debit and credit cards except American Express.
Is there a discount for a longer rental?
Yes: 5% for more than 7 days and 8% for more than 14 days.
What fees can there be?
The airport and the office carry no fee. Delivery to an address: 15 €. Collection between 00:00 and 08:00: 25 €. Outside Bulgaria: 85 € per country.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, on request.

How much is the deposit?
It depends on the car: 300 € for economy, 500 € for saloons, estates, SUVs and vans, 2,500 to 4,000 € for luxury.
Can I do without a credit card?
Yes. With a debit card or a cash deposit.
When will I see the deposit again?
We release it at the return. Your bank usually shows it again after 14 to 30 days.

How old do I need to be?
At least 18, with at least six months of driving experience.
Which documents do I bring?
Your driving licence and ID card or passport. For a licence issued outside the European Union, an international driving permit as well.
Can someone else drive?
Yes, if they are named in the contract. The price comes with the offer.

Is there a mileage limit?
No. Mileage is unlimited on every car.
Is the vignette included?
Yes.
Can I leave Bulgaria?
Yes, for 85 € per country. Tell us in advance, because you need written permission.
How do I return the fuel?
As much as there was at collection. Missing fuel: 5 € a litre and a 30 € fee.
What do I do after an incident?
Make sure everyone is safe, call 112 if needed and call us within 12 hours.
Can I smoke in the car? And pets?
No and no. If the car is smoked in, the deposit is kept.

Until when can I cancel for free?
Up to 24 hours before collection. After that, 30% of the rental is due.
Can I change my request?
Yes, if a car is free. The change applies once we confirm it in writing.
What if I return the car early?
Unused days are not refunded.
What if I am late returning the car?
You have 60 minutes of grace. After that a double daily rate is due.
