Driver and documents

18+The driver is at least 18, with at least six months of driving experience.
2At collection you bring your driving licence and ID card or passport.
EUFor a licence issued outside the European Union you also bring an international driving permit.

The car

0 €You request a model. If it is not free, you get a similar car or a higher class, at no extra cost.

Payment

0 €You pay at collection: by card, bank transfer or cash. Nothing is paid online.
€We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express. Prices are in euros.
YESWe issue an invoice on request.
14–30Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 to 30 working days.

Deposit

Mileage and travel

∞Mileage is unlimited.
YESThe vignette is included.
85 €You can drive anywhere in Bulgaria. Outside Bulgaria: 85 € per country, with written permission in advance.
NOPaved roads only. Towing, racing, training and testing, carrying loose loads, driving after alcohol or drugs, and speeding are prohibited.

Fuel and return

5 €You return the car with as much fuel as it had at collection. Missing fuel: 5 € a litre and a 30 € fee.
60You return it at the place and time in the confirmation. You have 60 minutes of grace; after that a double daily rate is due.
0 €Returning outside working hours is free if you tell us in advance.

Drivers and equipment

1+Only a driver named in the contract may drive the car. The price of an extra driver comes with the offer.
+Child seat, navigation and winter equipment: subject to availability, priced in the offer.

Cancellation and changes

24 hFree cancellation up to 24 hours before collection. After that: 30% of the rental.
YESChanging the dates, the place or the car: if a car is free, after written confirmation.
NOIf you return early, unused days are not refunded.

Damage, fines and cleaning

2At collection and at the return we sign a condition report.
12 hAfter an incident: a police report and a call to us within 12 hours.
50 €Fines are paid by the renter, plus a 50 € administration fee.
NONo smoking in the car, including e-cigarettes and shisha. If this is broken, the deposit is kept.
NONo pets.
150 €A car returned extremely dirty: 150 € for cleaning.
1Items left behind are kept for one month.

112During the rental: +359 89 798 9055, every day from 08:00 to 00:00. Roadside assistance is arranged case by case. If anyone is in danger, call 112 first.
